Good commentary Erin. Sadly, that picture is way too common in stores these days. It amazes me how often you see customer facing professionals using their mobile phones on duty. But it's the hold-on finger that really makes the experience special!

 

Oh, and I finally do have an idea for you... I'll DM you.

 @adamtoporek Not at all! I just know you talk about good customer service, which led me to thinking about what constitutes bad customer service...

 

I'm pretty proud of that one finger. Hands and feet are the bane of my drawing existence.
